Third Remicade Infusion
I am sitting here getting my third a Remicade Infusion. This will be the end of my loading dose and after today I will be getting it every 8 weeks. If I feel the effects wearing off I can get it a week or two sooner. The nurses at this clinic are excellent and my iv was put in first try! I am really noticing the affect it has made on my skin. I am hopeful that I will be able to wear shorts this summer:) I haven't been able to wear them for at least the past three years! If I do get comfortable wearing them I may never take them off. I have also received my results from my biopsy and I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. The cinnamon rolls looking at me from across the room.... and I can't eat them:(
I am hopeful that this medication helps more with my arthritis as it gets into my body. I am sitting here thinking of how the psoriasis has affected my life over the years and I am also hopeful that this medication will keep it at bay:)
